The Hettich Rotina 380 benchtop centrifuge saves you space while spinning a large quantity of centrifuge tubes per run. Both a clinical centrifuge and an analytical centrifuge, the Rotina 380 tabletop centrifuge can handle a moderate volume of larger Vivaspin® devices for urine protein concentration prior to gel or capillary electrophoresis.
The Rotina 380 centrifuge can be configured for use with a variety of Vivaspin® centrifugal concentrators. The HET-1754 swing-out rotor can hold up to 36 Vivaspin® 4 or Vivaspin® 6 devices when used with 4 of the HET-1752 carrier buckets and 4 of the HET-1771-A adapters. This same rotor and bucket combination can process up to 16 Vivaspin® 15 or Vivaspin® 20 filters with 4 of the HET-1772-A adapters.
