The Sartolab® and Sartoclear Dynamics® products use the Sartorius microporous membranes for a variety of biopharma applications. The Sartolab® vacuum filtration units are a convenient way to filter and/or sterilize samples from 50 to 1000 mL in volume. They offer a complete system with receiver flasks and filtration funnels along with an optional multistation carousel that holds six units. The Sartoclear Dynamics® Lab V kits add high-purity diatomaceous earth (DE) to provide a method to filter mammalian cell culture samples in less than half the time of centrifugation. The Sartolab® P20 pressure filters are used to clarify or sterilize media and aqueous solutions with volumes from 100 mL to 10 L.

A full line of vacuum filtration units available with or without receiver flasks. Polysulfone membranes allow fast flow rates with low protein binding and minimal extractables. The Multistation option allows six units to be operated simultaneously.
50 mL to 1 L sample volumes
Adds highly pure DE to the Sartolab® units to enable rapid clarification of mammalian cell cultures in minutes with maximum recovery of antibodies or other proteins. Available in several sizes for volumes up to 1 L.
100 mL to 10 L sample volumes
Ready-to-use pressure filter units for general laboratory applications. Can be used to clarify or sterilize cell culture media, buffers and other aqueous samples. May be connected to a pump, syringe or pressure vessel.
