Vivaflow® TFF Ultrafiltration

100 mL to 5 L starting volume

Vivaflow® is the original research-dedicated tangential flow filtration (TFF) solution. Different membrane areas and setup options simplify concentration and buffer exchange processes for large feed volumes. Plug and play by linking each cassette and the included tubing kit to a pump and reservoirs for ultrafiltration right out of the box. Only a feed reservoir and diafiltration tubing are needed for buffer exchange. A wide choice of membranes with optional modular setup and resistant materials can process volumes from 100 mL to 5 L. The original switchback flow path supports fast ultrafiltration and diafiltration while reducing the need for tedious process optimization. With Vivaflow®, there is no need for expensive cassette holders and systems. In addition, cleaning in place (CIP) and convenient, replacement tubing kits allow re-use of each cassette to process multiple samples.
