Low dead volume design across the Vivaspin range minimises sample loss. The Vivaspin 2 features a reverse spin step for up to 98% recovery, making it well suited for precious or low-abundance samples.
PES and Hydrosart membranes minimise non-specific protein adsorption, while CTA provides a cellulose option for sensitive samples. Available in MWCO formats from 2,000 to 100,000 Da across all volume formats.
Perform buffer exchange and concentration in a single centrifugation step. Reduce hands-on time significantly compared to dialysis, with no overnight wait de-risk protein loss with no additional desalting steps.

Excellent biocompatibility for enzyme and oligonucleotide applications. A good fit for samples sensitive to synthetic membrane surfaces, with natural cellulose chemistry and low protein binding.
