Xpress Dialyzers combine a ready-to-use multi-well format with unique cartridge geometry that reduces dialysis time, preserves sample integrity, and scales into fully automated workflows.
Diffusion-driven membrane exchange preserves the integrity of sensitive samples including lipid nanoparticles, mRNA formulations, antibodies, and proteins throughout the purification process.
Unique short-diffusion-pathway cartridge geometry significantly reduces dialysis time compared to conventional cassettes or tubing. Remove ethanol, salts, and other small molecules quickly and efficiently.
Process up to 96 samples simultaneously in a standard deep well plate format. Ideal for LNP screening workflows, formulation development, and any application requiring parallel processing of multiple conditions.

The optional XDB replaces the standard deep well plate with a large shared buffer volume, achieving near-complete salt and ethanol removal without repeated buffer exchanges. Compatible with all MD dialyzers and ideal for LNP and antibody purification workflows where thorough small molecule removal is critical. XDB Refill Kits allow simple cartridge replacement while maintaining all design benefits.
