The Vivapure® ion exchange spin columns use a centrifugal format with a Sartorius membrane support for ion exchange chromatography. The ligands are covalently bound to the internal microporous surfaces providing very high binding capacities. The membrane pores also allow rapid mass transfer and faster sample flow rates. These products save valuable time by eliminating the need to pack columns and are also designed for multiple reuses.
