The Sartoclear Dynamics® Lab is a one-step method for clarification of mammalian cell cultures along with sterile filtration of the monoclonal antibodies and proteins in the broth. The ready-to-use kits include pouches of high-purity, pre-wetted diatomaceous earth (DE) to speed up cell removal. A 500 mL cell culture sample with 10 million cells/mL can be filtered and sterilized in 15 minutes compared to over an hour for separate centrifugation and sterile filtration steps.
